Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are app-owned content maintained by Sketch Flow Studio. They govern your use of the Sketch Flow app ("the App"). Please review them with your legal counsel before publishing.

By downloading, installing, or using Sketch Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and your compliance with them, Sketch Flow Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Sketch Flow may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription terms, including price, renewal period, and cancellation policy, are presented at the time of purchase and are governed by Apple's terms.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Advertising

The free version of Sketch Flow may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob is a third-party service, and its use is subject to Google's terms and policies. You may limit ad tracking through your device settings.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App. You are solely responsible for the content you create, share, or export. You agree not to use the App to create or share unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content.

Sketch Flow Studio does not claim ownership of your sketches, drawings, or notes. You grant us no license to your content except as needed to operate the App on your device.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful code through the App;
  • Attempt to interfere with the App's servers or networks.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Sketch Flow Studio and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sketch Flow Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sketch Flow Studio is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
