End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is app-owned content maintained by Sketch Flow Studio. It grants you a limited license to use the Sketch Flow app ("the App") on Apple devices.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Sketch Flow Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This EULA is between you and Sketch Flow Studio, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App Store terms of service.

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Use the App to develop competing products or services;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels in the App;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or Apple's rules.

Sketch Flow may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. These are processed through the Apple App Store. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Sketch Flow Studio does not process payment information directly.

The free version of the App may display ads served by Google AdMob. You can limit personalized advertising through your iOS device settings. Google AdMob is a third-party service governed by Google's terms.

Sketch Flow Studio retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copies, improvements, updates, and derivative works. This EULA grants you a license to use the App; it does not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of any sketches, drawings, or notes you create using the App. Sketch Flow Studio does not claim any rights to your user-created content. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

Sketch Flow Studio may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. You agree that Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketch Flow Studio disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sketch Flow Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this EULA or the use of the App.
